Had a blast of a day. All my Rottnest Express services ran on time, and the tour guide gave lots of useful and interesting commentary for both my ferry and bus tour. On the island, the Quokkas and crystal clear water were the highlights for me.

The ferry ride was fine but I'm peed off. I have an Ebike but was told I couldn't take it on the ferry as it has an integrated battery. Due to safety regulations I was told ebikes are not allowed unless the battery is removed. However, waiting to board today 2 people came off the ferry with ebikes with batteries in place wrapped in cling film. Seems you get nothing for doing the right thing.

Excellent service, our ferry was completely full and we left and arrived on time. Cheaper tickets than sealink on our return. Good seating options, feels a bit smaller than the sealink ferry but works well. Only 30 minutes between Rottnest island and Fremantle so just enough time to sit down and relax for a little bit. Toilets are available on board. You can bring your bicycle too if you want.

Really friendly, efficient and professional staff. Great experience from booking at the kiosk at Barrack Street jetty in Perth to disembarkation at the end of the day. We did the premium package, where the crew laid on a great spread with good coffee in the morning, and fab nibbles with wine tasting on the return. As we weren't renting bikes, the 90 min bus highlights tour with Larry driving and Malcolm giving really interesting and informative commentary (with a few groaners of jokes lol), was really worth it. Great value for money and highly recommend

Efficient service but communication not so good. Email lists a particular shed to go to - but they operate from a different one. Email lists to attend a particular bus stop for pickup - but there’s no designated bus stop not signage at that location.Bit of organised chaos with the island bus tour loading - but Richard and the bus driver did a great job throughout the tour.Overall it was a great day on the island - just a little frantic at beginning and end.
